I want to fly to be free
I need to belive that all I need is me
I will build something to take me far from here
Build on something solid and then take flight
Jumping off the most solid thing I’ve got

You are my wings
But I’ve had wings before
Wings made of wax
And I flew to close to the sun
So whats to stop you melting away

I don’t want to loose myself again
Always turn right will get you there in the end
But what happens along the way
boost me up and I’ll jump these leafy walls
Fly high, hight above it all
But don’t let go or I might never come down
Flying without wings falling without arms

and I am the high flying kite
but the kids always let go
