I wanted to put this in my quote but it wans’t quite working so I thought I would post it here so as I didn’t loose it.

I like doing yoga to Beastie Boys instrumental music and the Chemical Brothers. I’ve learned my students don’t always share this love. - yogaguide

I lost Jeffs poem about the perly gates which I regret I loved that poem and at one point I just new the url for it but I have forgotten I should ask him for a copy and see if hes kept it
