I broke the apple key off my mac lap top, most girls would be sad about this but not me if anything goes wrong with my mac it means a trip to visit the cute mac doctors. I went the other day to see if I could get another key they told me it would be best if I cam back and bought my laptop with me to get the key.

The most disapointing thing about the whole experience was that my closest mac shop has recently divided its store putting in a tech support section that is away from the rest of the shop and the workshop which means when I take my mac in I  only get to deal with the sudio geeks the ones to know just enough information to work on the front desk of a tech support place, logging problems, collecting details, but not enough to actually fix anything.

And yes, I know there job is hard, dealing with the dumb ass clueless person especially average joe with a broken ipod. I should know how hard their job is its one of the things I used to do at motile, keep the interation between the gerneral public and the geeks to a minimum. But damit I want my cute mac geeks!!
