Well in the last few years of yoga teaching I have lernt the worst time to teach kids is when its been raining all day or when its hot. The worst time to teach disabled people is when its a full moon or something has kept their house hold awake the night before. The worst time to teach babies is when they should be napping or when they have teath comming through and the worst time to teach adults is when their blood sugar levels are low
