Bonnie’s Pond

So I knew that after pole danceing I would be sore, what I had not quite anticipated was just how sore I was going to be. Today I am worse than yesterday and in fact I am so bad that I can’t get my car into second gear. Luckly I did not do much driving today and when I did I just changed my car from first to third, it wasn’t that getting it into second hert its I didn’t have the arm strength to do that movement

Hopeing things are a little better tomorrow, though after teaching five classes today I doubt it
