Bonnie’s Pond

Two hours later, pole burn on the inside of my wrists, sore arms and a whole world of bruses and I have compleated my first of six pole danceing lessons. They make it look so easy, those women in their thie high red latex boots but its not just swinging around a pole it takes more arm and leg strength than this yoga teacher has at the moment. Haveing said that it was so much fun, sara and I are definatly going back next week and who knows in six weeks time I might even look hot
