Well, howdy!

In case you all hadn’t realised it’s been 4 days since i left melbourne, and i’ve had an awesome time! Currently i’m sitting in my mate Nicholas’s lounge room recovering from the previous evenings “all you can drink in 1.5 hours for 1,180 yen - about $15 (that was the price for guys, chicks got to drink for 880 yen… )

I was in Tokyo for the first few days staying with one of Nick’s friends (she’s a bit crazy) in Harajuku… we went out and got drunk till 5 in the morning when i first got there… a nice way to start the trip i felt

Nicholas lives in Toyota which is about an hour out of Nagoya (and that’s a 3 hour, or 1.5 hour train trip depending on the speed of train you choose to travel on), unsurprisingly it’s a industrial town built specifically around the Toyota Motor Corporation’s factory

anyway, this is just a really brief email to let you all know i am actually alive and well and having the most fantastic time, however, please, please, please visit my weblog dealy at www.sharehouses.com.au/charlie which should have a more in-depth discussion of the things i get up to.. it will also have photos when i get around to putting them on the web, and leave me some comments.

I trust all my soccer teams are doing well and that everyone is alive and well

oh, and if someone you know isn’t getting this email let me know and i’ll chuck them on the list (similarly if you don’t want to hear about the awesome time i’m having or you’re getting this thing twice or something then email me and let me know that i’m an idiot) In fact email me anyway, i’ll try to write personalised replies but i may not have that much time to write to all my many fans.
