Sleep more valuable than gold
Published by Bonnie February 27th, 2006 in Bonnie PhilosopyValue is often placed on an object depending on how hard it is to come by, think of collecters cards the rarer the card the more its worth. So for the last little while of a night time when I lay in my bed wide awake I have been thinking on the value of sleep. Sleep used to come really really easly to me and when it did although I really enjoyed it I used to think of it as a waist of a third of my life now when I am haveing trouble sleeping more than five hours a night all I can think about is how little sleep I am getting how tired I am and how I can get my hands on some more of the stuff. No being able to sleep affect everything, your mood you ability to concentrate your energy levels everything. So would I give up gold for some sleep? I think I probably would

I ponder this most nights
A good nights sleep is truly a great thing.
you are right…a good nights sleep is priceless, I need sleep now!
ahhh, two fellow non sleepers! any one out there who doesn’t think its worth much?
You should go get some accupuncture babe. My mum had trouble sleeping for years and went to see my accupunturist and slept like a baby after seeing him. Also, take some vit B stress formula and maybe some valerian root.
hold on….. sticking a whole bunch of needles in your body helps you sleep? hmmmmm
It’s all about the Chi my friend.
