Wakeing up

Some times I wake up, roll over and give a tug on my blankets to pull them up around my shoulders. Sometimes the blankets do not come and for a split second I have a paniking sensation “whos in my bed and why?” Then I roll over and realise the warm body next to me is my cat. After seven years of sleeping next to a cat you would think I was used to it by now :D

Hi Bon, you may already know of this site, but it is wonderful resource for ordering yoga books, DVDs and equipment.

Yoga instructors are being employed on German trains to help calm stressed passengers in the run-up to Christmas. Rail company Deutsche Bahn will also send hysiotherapists on to trains around Munich.

Yes. Sometimes I wake up, and check my RSS feeds and there’s nothing new for months. (Well not really, but how cool is starting out with ’sometimes I was up’? :) ). What up Bon? The internet missings your musings.
