Saturday I had yoga all day which was tireing we go our final assement times mine is the 19th of oct so I have to get my botty into grear and start to plann a class of and hour and a half for about 12 people. Sarah Chris and Mum are going to attend it. It was a nice realisation when I thought about how much support people had given my yoga over the last two years make me think maybe I can do this assesment
