Last night at yoga we also talked about happyness and the two differnt types the instant happyness you get from material stuff and the lasting feeling of contentment.
My contribution to that discussion was “Happyness is a fish you can’t catch” - I don’t think many of my class is as spiritualy evolved as OLP *grin*
