Saturday saw me at yoga which was a pretty mean feet considering I had had three hours of sleep the night before and a very little the night before that. It was two of my favorite subjects though which was good childrens yoga and Post natal yoga. My friends at yoga are amazing they are great to talk to about stuff and I think because they are just a few years older than me they have actually been though alot of the same stuff I am going through at the moment.
Finding someone who understands is a hard task not because people don’t understand but mostly because you seem to percive that they don’t understand when perhapps they really do. IF you find someone who understands you don’t let go of them in a hurry it might be a while before you are willing to accept someone new as haveing un understanding
