doona yoga
Published by Bonnie August 29th, 2005 in YogaI did a yoga practice this morning, I took my mat and stap and doona into the lounge room and did the whole practice from under my doona it was wonderful. It feels like one of those days today hot chocolate doonas a good book and a central heating vent its a pitty I have to go to work
