no hyperventalation is too much oxygen - it leaves you light headed, kinda like you feel sometimes when you finish a yoga breathing exercise (mind you your not suposed to feel like that)

I thought hyperventalation was a lack of oxygen :) But apparently its the exact opposite .. "Abnormally rapid breathing usually accompanied by air swallowing. Hyperventilation results in excessive intake of oxygen and increased elimination of carbon dioxide, which may eventually lead to a disturbance in the body's acid-base balance."

Well, I can "help" you with some threaded comments ;)

I like the Krischamacar (? - the K guy - you know who I mean)'s idea that life begins and ends with a breath, and that we each have a certain number of breaths allocated to us. The line of thinking then goes that if you can lengthen your breathing, then you can lengthen your life.

Bad day Bon?

And Jazza has the right idea. He's alright. "I'm drunk, drunk, drunk in the gardens and the graves" -- Lost Horizons.
