I have been teaching yoga at the Camberwell Community Centre all this year, its a wonderfull space to teach in something about its plane white walls that really apeals to me. I also love teaching for community centres because they do all the community stuff, the advertising and the networking and get the fun of turning up and teaching and of going out for coffee with the ladys afterward. I do have to say though I really enjoy the ladies at the CCC they actually listen to what I have to tell them
As a yoga teacher you always get people apologising for their lack of flexability before they start class things like “I’m not very good, its my first time and I can’t even touch my toes” I always feel like answering I can teach you to touch your toes the question if can you listen and follow instructions?
Ok so my daddy is not really haveing a baby his girl friend is haveing a baby my daddy is going to be a daddy ….. *looks confused* ….. again
Pitty its not my dad haveing the baby cause then I could send him to prenatal yoga with nina

Rach has a wonderfull Yoga travel Blog, half her luck really …. yoga and travel thats a pretty sweet life style
My house mate does this really cool thing called rolfing …. its not something that I can really explain its a cross somewhere between yoga and Thai massage and Physio. I have decided to do ten sessions with her .. so far I have only done one session but in only one session she has managed to stop my back from cracking every time I get out of bed… now I wonder if she can Rolf me into the splits.
I wouldn’t normaly be interested in the splits but its my teenage yoga classes goal for the year so I guess I can’t help them get down into the splits with out being able to do it my self
More power to the monkey god
So many exciting new things happening in the world of my work and yoga. I have begun teaching at an exciting new place called the Kiva Wellbeing centre. This place is mostly exciting because its very very pretty
Makes four.
For your creme caramels you need four moulds or ramicans I like to use tea cups from rhubarb cause I think they look pretty
600ml milk
1 stick of cinnamon
2 eggs
2 egg yolks
2 table spoons of caster sugar
pinch of chilli flakes
2/3 cup of water
150g caster sugar
1. Place milk and cinnamon in a saucepan and bring to just below boiling point. Turn off the the stove, cover and leave for 1/2 and hour
2. Boil chili flakes in water and then strain out the chilli flakes and put water back into the saucepan. Add 150gms of caster sugar and stirring untill sugar dissolves.
Bring to the boil ( do not stir) untill turns a golden brown colour. Pour the caramel into the moulds and swirl so some of the caramel coats the sides. Leave to set.
3. Preheat oven to 160 C turn milk back on and bring to a simmer. Whisk eggs, egg yolks and 2 tbsp of caster sugar together Strain the milk into the bowl with the eggs and sugar and mix. Pour into the moulds and bake for 20 - 30 mins or untill the custart has started to set.
4. Bring out of the oven and cool. Then chill for at lest 2 hours.
5. I leave my creme caramels in their cups but other wise run a knife around the edge of the mould and turn onto a plate.

I was opening the tins via the ring pull only to find they were all full of pineapples. If the tin had diced pineapples in it I was eating them but if the tin had pineapple pieces I was covering my self in them.
